| Before ever hosting a party, Paperly's Consultants are trained by Paperly's staff on the art of writing a thank you note. Then, at the start of a Paperly themed party, the Consultant takes a few minutes to educate her guests – often consisting of moms and their teenagers – about when to write a thank you note and what to say. For instance, while many attendees realize thank you notes should be sent expeditiously, most are unaware that one week is the recommended timeframe. In addition, today's younger generation might be unaware that a handwritten thank you note is far superior to an impersonal email. In fact, sending a well-written thank you note after a job interview can often differentiate one candidate from another. |

| One party theme Paperly uses to reinforce these ideas is the "mother and daughter" party. At such a party, Consultants share helpful facts and ideas with mom and daughter about working together to write the perfect thank you note. For younger daughters, the Consultant might suggest that they simply write the note's salutation and signature... just enough so they feel involved, yet not over-burdened. Or perhaps, for the really young ones, they draw a picture of themselves using the gift. For older girls, the Consultant might recommend that the mother helps with spelling of hard words or suggests wording ideas. Regardless of approach, the Paperly Consultant stresses the importance that mother and daughter work together to deliver a sincere and thoughtful thank you note. |

| At the party's conclusion, attendees walk away excited and confident about their ability to write a thank you note. Often, the first note they write when they return home is to thank the Paperly Consultant. |
