| I started my stationery business in 2000. My love for paper and drive to be successful carried me far, but every day I faced new obstacles, and I often caught myself wondering, "there has to be an easier way." |

| Fortunately, easy is a central principle of Paperly. Paperly enables paper lovers to turn their passion into a rewarding business and lifestyle without all the headaches typically encountered when running a business. You don't need to purchase tons of inventory, manage vendor relationships or create an accounting system. Instead, Paperly carries those burdens for its Consultants and only asks in return for them to share their passion for paper with others. |

| Yet, there is another reason why I started Paperly. I wanted to remind people that the personal note is alive and well. In today's technology-laden world, few things are more sincere and thoughtful than a handwritten note. If nothing else, I hope every Paperly consultant, hostess and party attendee goes home from a Paperly event and sends a personal note to a friend, family member or loved one. Trust me, the gesture will be forever remembered by the recipient. |

| Lastly, I am proud to say that Paperly is owned and operated by women who understand the importance of balancing life, family and work. We tirelessly support our Paperly Consultants so they can manage their business, and more importantly, their lives, on their own terms. |
